Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HeavenNuts, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality dry fruits and related products. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel or return an order. Please review our policy below to understand the terms for cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details as soon as possible.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you may refuse delivery, and in such cases, logistics/delivery charges will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products. To initiate a return or refund:

1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
   • A clear, continuous video of the unboxing process is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement for a damaged or incorrect product.
   • The video must show the outer packaging, seal, and the unboxing of the item without any cuts or edits.
2. Eligibility for Return:
   • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
   • Return requests must be raised within 24hours of receiving the order.
   • Once the return is approved, the product must be shipped back to us in the condition it was received.
3. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
   • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
   • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failed delivery), the logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without unboxing videos.
• Opened, used, or tampered packages.
• Items returned beyond the specified return window.
