1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping only within India. Orders placed on our website are delivered to all major cities and towns across the country.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Typical delivery time: 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate: ₹120 per kilogram (kg) of total order weight.

  • Calculated automatically at checkout.

  • No free shipping is applicable for any order or promotion.


4. Order Weight and Rounding

Shipping weight is rounded up to the next full kilogram:

Examples:

  • 1.2 kg → charged for 2 kg = ₹240

  • 2.8 kg → charged for 3 kg = ₹360


5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway, supporting:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

HeavenNuts does not store any sensitive payment information. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.


6. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via Razorpay.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details and invoice once payment is received.


7. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch. You can track the shipment using the provided tracking number.


8. Courier Partners

We use reputed logistics providers including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post


9. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Pin code

  • Complete shipping address

HeavenNuts is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect information.


10. Delays and Force Majeure

HeavenNuts is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government orders

  • Transport strikes

  • Health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)


11. Risk and Title

Ownership and risk of products pass to the customer once handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for damage or loss after dispatch.


12. Failed Deliveries and Re-attempts

If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:

  • We will attempt to contact you.

  • Re-shipping is subject to additional shipping charges, which must be paid via Razorpay before the second dispatch.


13. Refunds and Shipping Charges

If an order is canceled or returned (as per our Return Policy), the shipping charge is non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
