Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HeavenNuts, we are committed to providing our customers with premium-quality dry fruits and related products. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or return an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To cancel your order, contact our support team promptly with your order number via email or phone.
If the order has already been dispatched:
Cancellation will not be accepted.
You may refuse delivery, but logistics charges will be deducted from your refund.
2. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for:
Damaged products
Incorrect items delivered
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
A clear, unedited unboxing video is required for all damage or incorrect item claims.
The video must show:
Outer packaging
Tamper-proof seal
Full unboxing in one continuous shot
Eligibility Criteria
Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back in the condition it was received.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be Credited within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout .
If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong address or undeliverable package), applicable delivery charges will be deducted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products without an unboxing video
Items that are opened, used, or tampered
Returns initiated after the 24-hour return window
